Open an account and sign in
Registration takes four steps. Below: what to do when the code does not arrive, how to reset a password, and how to take a break or close an account if you need to.
On pridespins.com.gh tap REGISTER at the top right. The first screen asks for your Ghana phone number, a password and your date of birth.
Use the Ghana mobile number you want the account tied to.
+233 XX XXX XXXXThe operator sends a one-time code. Type it into the form to confirm the number.
There is nothing more to fill in. The password and date of birth were set in step 1, the terms and over-18 box in step 2. The operator calls this last step "Play".
It sits inside the login form, next to Remember me, just under the password field.
Use the same phone number you registered with — it is what identifies the account, not where the reset is delivered.
+233 XX XXX XXXXThe operator does not publish which route the new password takes. Watch the same place the verification code appears, then sign in with it.
Only you should know your password. Support will never ask you for it.
The code did not arrive
Four common causes, and what to do about each.
Delivery can be slow on a busy network. The verify screen counts down about a minute inside the code box, and the RESEND button stays greyed out until it ends. Tap RESEND once when it becomes active — not repeatedly.
A wrong digit files the request under a number that is not yours. Confirm it is your own number in the +233 format.
+233 XX XXX XXXXThe only OTP route in the operator’s own configuration is a Telegram bot, and a bot cannot message you until you have opened a chat with it. Open that chat, then request the code again.
If no code arrives after several minutes, contact support with your number.

Betting can be addictive. Know when to stop. If it stops being a game, these steps are here whenever you need them.
Step away for a set time. Step away for a set time. PrideSpins does not publish a self-service break or self-exclusion tool, so put the request to support in writing and keep their reply. Do not open a second account to get around a break.
Contact support to ask for a limit on your play, or to close the account entirely. Say clearly what you want.

The usual causes, and what to send support so they can help quickly.
- Identity or age checks not yet completed.
- Sign-in details that do not match the name or number registered on the account.
- A second account on the same details.
- A break you asked support for earlier.
- The phone number on the account, in +233 format.
- What happens on screen, in your own words.
- Any message or code the app shows you.
Send it to support@pridespins.com.gh. Never share your password.
FAQ
An independent review site about PrideSpins. We write about the operator, we do not take bets and we never hold your money. We may earn a commission when you sign up through our links — it never changes a number we publish. PrideSpins is operated by PrideBet Entertainment Ghana Limited, which publishes licence number GCRG26A0528Q and the Gaming Commission of Ghana as its regulator in the footer of its own site; the Commission’s public register lists the trade name and the licence period but no licence numbers, so that number cannot be matched against the register. All trademarks and logos are the property of their respective owners. 18+. Betting can be addictive. Know when to stop. If it stops being a game, ask the operator to close the account and talk to someone: gamblingtherapy.org answers free and in English — the numbers on gamblersanonymous.org are United States lines, not Ghanaian ones.
Where the code actually comes from
The code that lets you in does not appear to arrive by text message. In the operator's own site configuration there is exactly one OTP route, and it points at a Telegram bot: t.me/pridespins_ghana_bot/otp. That is the only OTP route in that configuration.
No published source confirms that codes go out by SMS. The single mention of SMS in the operator's terms is a clause about notifying players when the terms change; nothing there covers verification. So if you are staring at your messages waiting for a text, you may be waiting for something that was never sent. The order of the screens is not set out here either: there is no published source for it, and a gap is better than a guess.
When a code does not arrive:
- Check the Telegram route first. On Telegram a bot can only message you after you have opened a chat with it, so if that chat was never started, there is nowhere for a code to land.
- Do not hammer resend. Repeated requests tend to leave you with several codes to tell apart, not a faster one.
- Contact support on the published line,
+233 24 242 6400, or by email atsupport@pridespins.com.gh. Describe the exact screen you are stuck on. - Do not open a second account. It does not fix a delivery problem, and it leaves support two records with your details to untangle.
The operator's FAQ does carry the neighbouring cases — a verification code that did not arrive, a forgotten password, an account you cannot get into, changing the registered number, and someone else using the account — so it is worth opening before writing to support.
Which address is the real one
pridespins.com.gh is the operator's real address. pridespins.com redirects there, so both end up in the same place. Anything else that merely looks close deserves a second look before you type a password into it.
- Type the address yourself instead of tapping a link from a chat group or an advert. That one habit defeats most lookalikes.
- Read the footer. The genuine site's footer names PrideBet Entertainment Ghana Limited, publishes the licence number
GCRG26A0528Q, and names the Gaming Commission of Ghana and the Financial Intelligence Unit. The full PrideSpins review sets out the same details. - Check where a download comes from. The operator serves its Android file from its own CDN at
cdn.pridespins.com.gh; an APK offered by any other host is not the operator's file, whatever version number the page claims. The version and file size the file's own headers report are worth comparing before you install. - Both stores are geo-restricted to Ghana. The Play listing for
com.pridespins.ghloads from a Ghanaian storefront and returns404from elsewhere; the iPhone app, id6753217388, is published in the Ghanaian App Store only. That is why people searching from other countries cannot find either one.
This is a review site. It takes no logins and holds no money, so no page here should ever ask for a password.
Taking a break, or stopping
Support is the route. Write to support@pridespins.com.gh or call +233 24 242 6400 and say in plain words what you want: a pause for a fixed period, a limit on your play, or the account closed for good. Email beats a call here: it leaves a record of the date and the request.
The operator does publish a Responsible Gaming policy with a self-exclusion route, and its FAQ answers the neighbouring account problems. What neither document states is a self-service limit tool or how long a closure request takes to process, so ask for both in writing and keep the reply.
Plainly: opening a second account during a break undoes the break. A pause puts a door between you and the account, and a fresh set of details is just a key cut for the same door. If a promotion is the pull, each welcome offer carries a published wagering condition — see what the welcome offers do and do not state.
Where to get help
No national gambling helpline for Ghana is published by an official body: the Gaming Commission's own responsible-gambling page returns a not-found, and the operator's Responsible Gaming policy carries no telephone number at all. A number that cannot be verified is worse than none, so none is invented here.
What is available: the operator's support line and email above, and gamblingtherapy.org, a free online service that answers in English from anywhere. The helplines listed on gamblersanonymous.org are United States numbers — useful for the self-assessment questions, not for a call from Accra. Beyond that: someone you trust — a partner, a sibling, a friend who will notice, a doctor. Saying it out loud to one person is the step most people skip. If money is the pressure point, take the payment method off the phone before the willpower is needed. 18+.
More questions
How do I block or close my PrideSpins account?
Write to support@pridespins.com.gh or call +233 24 242 6400 and say whether you want a pause, a limit, or permanent closure. Email leaves a record of the date. The operator publishes a Responsible Gaming policy with a self-exclusion route but states no processing time and no self-service limit tool, so ask for confirmation in writing.
Does PrideSpins send the code by SMS?
No published source confirms it. The operator's public site configuration exposes exactly one OTP route, a Telegram bot at t.me/pridespins_ghana_bot/otp. The only SMS mention in its terms concerns changes to the terms.
Is pridespins.com the same site as pridespins.com.gh?
Yes. pridespins.com.gh is the real address; pridespins.com redirects to it.
Should I open a second account if I cannot get in?
No. It does not fix a code that is not arriving, and it undoes any break you asked for.
Is there a Ghanaian gambling helpline?
None is published by an official body — the Gaming Commission's responsible-gambling page returns a not-found — so no number is printed here. Use the operator's support line, gamblingtherapy.org for a free online service in English, and talk to someone you trust.
