On pridespins.com.gh tap REGISTER at the top right. The first screen asks for your Ghana phone number, a password and your date of birth.

The code did not arrive
Four common causes, and what to do about each.
Delivery can be slow on a busy network. The verify screen counts down about a minute inside the code box, and the RESEND button stays greyed out until it ends. Tap RESEND once when it becomes active — not repeatedly.
A wrong digit sends the code to another phone. Confirm it is your own number in the +233 format.

Where the code actually comes from
The code that lets you in does not appear to arrive by text message. In the operator's own site configuration there is exactly one OTP route, and it points at a Telegram bot: t.me/pridespins_ghana_bot/otp. That is the only OTP route in that configuration.
We found no confirmation that codes go out by SMS. The single mention of SMS in the operator's terms is a clause about notifying players when the terms change; nothing there covers verification. So if you are staring at your messages waiting for a text, you may be waiting for something that was never sent. We are not setting out the order of the screens either: we have no published source for it, and we would rather leave a gap than guess at one.
When a code does not arrive:
- Check the Telegram route first. On Telegram a bot can only message you after you have opened a chat with it, so if that chat was never started, there is nowhere for a code to land.
- Do not hammer resend. Repeated requests tend to leave you with several codes to tell apart, not a faster one.

Which address is the real one
pridespins.com.gh is the operator's real address. pridespins.com redirects there, so both end up in the same place. Anything else that merely looks close deserves a second look before you type a password into it.

com.pridespins.gh, but that listing returns404. The iPhone app, id6753217388, is published in the Ghanaian App Store only, which is why people searching from elsewhere cannot find it.

Support is the route. Write to support@pridespins.com.gh or call +233 24 242 6400 and say in plain words what you want: a pause for a fixed period, a limit on your play, or the account closed for good. Email beats a call here: it leaves a record of the date and the request.
We did not find a page on the operator's site describing self-exclusion, cooling-off periods or account closure, and the /faq page renders empty, so we cannot tell you what happens after you send that message. That is the honest position.
Plainly: opening a second account during a break undoes the break. A pause puts a door between you and the account, and a fresh set of details is just a key cut for the same door. Where to get help
We could not find a single national gambling helpline for Ghana published by an official body.
